Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Irrevocability of Physical Tickets
Once a physical printed government lottery ticket has been verified and packed for dispatch, government regulations prohibit ticket cancellation or return.
2. Failed Verification or Out of Stock
If a chosen ticket number becomes unavailable before allocation or payment verification fails, a full 100% refund is initiated back to the original payment source within 24 hours.
