Digital Delivery Policy

1. Instant Digital E-Ticket Issuance

All lottery tickets purchased on Punjab State Lotteries Directorate are delivered 100% digitally. There are no physical courier dispatches, speed post transits, or shipping fees. Upon verification of your UPI transaction reference (UTR) by our accounts desk, your official Directorate Digital E-Ticket is immediately minted and activated in your account.

2. Anti-Counterfeit QR Code & Directorate Verification

Each digital voucher contains a unique cryptographic verification token and dynamic QR code. Anyone, including Directorate officials during prize verification, can scan the QR code to verify the ticket numbers, purchase timestamp, buyer identity, and official registration against our live ledger.

3. How to Access and Print Your E-Ticket

You can access your digital tickets 24/7 by entering your registered 10-digit mobile number or Order Reference on our Track Ticket page. The digital ticket interface includes dedicated Print and Save as PDF options formatted to standard A4 printing.

4. Prize Claim Procedure with Digital Vouchers

In the event of a winning ticket:

• Prizes up to ₹10,000/-: Automatically credited to the winner's registered UPI ID or verified bank account upon claim verification.
• Major Prizes (above ₹10,000/-): Must be claimed within 30 days of the official gazette draw result publication by submitting the printed digital voucher along with valid government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN card) directly to the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries.
