1. Service Description
Punjab State Lotteries Directorate acts strictly as a ticket purchasing and postal courier facilitator. We are not a lottery operator or state authority. We purchase genuine tickets from official distributors upon customer request and ship them via India Post.
2. Legal Age & State Regulations
Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older residing in Indian states where state-conducted paper lotteries are legal under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998.
3. Ticket Title & Prize Claims
The original physical paper ticket represents legal title to any prize drawn against that number. Prize claims above threshold amounts must be submitted directly to the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries in Chandigarh.
